Hello, my name is Venetia Manthos, but you can call me Ven for short. I have 10 years experience with Final Cut Pro and Pro X where I’ve written directed, and edited my own short films and sketches for showcases and competitions. I have three years of college under my belt where I got an A in Non Linear Editing (honors). I’ve been commissioned several times to edit short films, intros, and music videos. I have a background in theater, design, and music, so this helps me get a good feel of how to assemble a production. I can perform very precise cuts, green screen, color correction, transitions, voice over, and perform a multitude of combinations of specialized effects. I love any opportunity to nourish my skills and work with a team of creatives. I love the craft of winding together images to delight the eye and share our humanity. I am potentially free weekday/weekends/holidays AM or PM. I have an upbeat, sincere, ambitious, creative, and compassionate personality.
